Systemic conversations

Systemic conversations, or family sessions, involve not only you but also your family members or a specific family member participating in the therapy session. During these conversations, all participants engage in discussions to improve mutual communication and relationships within the family unit.

Systemic conversations aim to explore and enhance communication and interactions among family members. Often, individuals perceive their own behavior as the most logical, which can lead to the belief that others should be the ones to change. This can lead to growing apart and developing negative patterns within the family. Through systemic conversations, you can gain insights into why others behave the way they do and understand that their perspective might not be as illogical as it initially seems. This realization applies to both your perspective and theirs.

By improving mutual understanding and empathy, systemic conversations enable family members to work together more effectively and potentially tolerate certain behaviors better. Ultimately, these conversations can lead to better collaboration and a more harmonious family environment.
